In Adam Unbeat's early teens he started recording all & any sound experiments he conducted. These were made on portable cassette tape recorders in the 80's using the most basic of overdubs, piano, radio captures, home made percussion, Casiotone & a ZX Spectrum computer. In hindsite they are half music concrete, half avant garde or whatever they seem to the unsuspecting listener. There are several of them & together with Microdot Records our intention is to curate & digitise as many as possible. Adam Unbeat may be using these recordings as source material in future projects going forward.
